Comfortable and adjustable

This support pillow is pretty good. It comes with two support pads, one soft foam and one hard foam. I started with the soft foam, and it's pretty good. I rarely lay flat on my back, but relaxing for a few minutes on this pillow actually felt good. Eases the back pain a little bit (need to try to hard foam to see if it's better for the slight pain I have), but seems to work as expected.

Can support the back while reading or watching TV in bed

May cause discomfort for people with pre-existing spinal conditions
