Bought because my kitten was spayed and the shelter wouldn't give it to us. I was expecting to see a cone with a drawstring that goes through a piece of fabric (somewhat like a hoodie) but it was just a piece of felt with a few buttons to hold the shape. They were difficult to put together without snagging on my kitten's fur. We ended up putting it on and it fit so well that she couldn't take it off, but it was still very cheap. Next time I'll probably pay more for something else. It works, our kitty is small and we used the loosest settings in case it helps anyone.
