Love the product and the company! I knew this lamp was hand painted but didn't know what to expect in terms of quality and detail. Don't get me wrong, the lamp is very cute and unique, but I wasn't sure how I felt about the splashes of color on the rainbow (see picture). I emailed the company and they called me back within minutes to resolve my issues. I figured it would be easier to get through so I asked her to call me. First, they immediately offered to send replacements immediately. They also explained the lamp making process, design history, etc. In short, I decided to keep the lamp to myself. At this point I wouldn't return it even if they wanted to because my little girl knows she only has one just like that.
