I have a four wheel bike that slides very easily. This strap seemed like a good idea, but it tends to leave luggage wobbly. Instead of three suitcases, I would suggest using two. Instead of a pull handle, thread it through the fixed handle on both suitcases. For the least wobble and maximum strength, do not stretch the straps. The second should be for the third suitcase but I only use it for two. Do not lengthen the straps, hold them with the smallest diameter and pass them through the fixed handles. I have attached a photo. In general, the idea is good but needs improvement.
