I bought them for wet grinding in my workshop. It is very practical that they have 4 different grits on one stick. The wand itself is more ergonomic than sandpaper in some situations. You can buy similar products designed for garages, but they are much more expensive. They are more affordable and I like that I don't have to find the right grit stick as all sticks are the same grit. The only downside is that you get less variety than workshop style sticks.
