Base Line's sound quality is excellent, with clear bass, midrange and treble. When listening to music, it's not exactly the noise cancellation I agree with, but rubber tips help block out external noise. I didn't really test them during a long call, but during my short test it worked right away, both ends of the call were clear. Pairing is easy and I had no problems. Touch controls require multiple attempts. They take some getting used to, but they work well, which is one of the main reasons I chose this product over others (along with the longer single charge battery life). a little uncomfortable after a while but my ear hole/canal is quite tight compared to others. They feel pretty secure when wearing them, but when I'm eating they can move a bit - again, this might be unique to me due to my somewhat narrow ear canal. The feeling may improve over time as I wear them more often, but I'll try other ear tip sizes to see if that helps. Overall I would recommend Baseline.
