Review on Creuset LS2532 307F Signature Enameled Cast Iron by Andrew Webster

Beautiful frying pan. This is going to be my "perfect" frying pan. From the stove to the oven to the worktop, everything works and looks great. And it cleans very easily. This is my second Le Creuset purchase and I am very happy with both. A few words about color. It's not as deep purple as it appears in the photos (at least not on my monitor). The actual color is more like the new matte color Amethyst, but with a glossy finish. UPDATE January 2017: Many of the questions I've answered about this and my other Le Creuset purchases have to do with relative size. I've added two photos showing the dimensions of this brazier at 3.75 and 5 liters. In addition to these two photos, all I can say is if you like leftovers, take a larger size. But do know that the smaller size is ideal for all cooking tasks like eggs or frittatas. I use both all the time. Oh yes, that's the Dutch 9 liter oval bottle in the background. Another great Le Creuset purchase I've made.
