Update: The seller contacted me and sent me a new balance box within a few days. There are no problems with this balancer. The baby began taking his first steps unaided a few weeks before his first birthday. He still loves using his balance box and we're going to use it to break the cake. Excellent customer service. First review: I really liked this little balancer, too bad it broke after five weeks of purchase. I have the extended size 14" for big kids. My kid is 12" tall and loved this balancer. The wood cracked where the screw goes into the wood. The screw won't tighten anymore, leaving a gap in the table and forces legs to tip to one side. It is no longer safe to use and my child has not used it long enough to learn to walk. I am so sad and disappointed. He only used it in the living room and plays with it love it very much. I was planning to show my family this balancer for his first birthday and was hoping to use it when he breaks his first birthday cake. Can the side be replaced? There is still time to fix it. I can post update the repair.
