On paper it looked like a really cool device. Just connect a USB-C port to your computer and tablet and start painting! Unfortunately, after spending way too many hours trying to get it to work with different USB-C cables and tailoring one to fit with different dongles and computers, after searching the web it seems like you can't find this with a USB -C-cables to work for a number of posts where other people had similar problems. I ended up using a clumsy key similar to the Wacom keys I was hoping to avoid. So it worked for a while (maybe an hour or two) before it started to fail. Again, after plugging, unplugging, and trying different combinations, I found that the USB-C connector on the 3-in-1 cable made poor contact with the Kanvas 13 when the cable was facing up (towards the computer). if he moved the tablet, he lost the connection. Long story short, I ended up standing in front of it, but it interferes with my hand when I'm using my tablet/computer. It almost seems to work when I'm not breathing. works again.
