Mediocre. in Diet & Sports Nutrition

I'd rather have some Gatorade than that when I'm dehydrated after a workout. It sticks together when you mix it, which is a pain. It's not that tasty. I'm sorry, this doesn't work for me. Too much effort for bad taste. I keep an open mind, others might find it attractive. 3 stars.
