The inverter came quickly. When installing it in my motorhome I made the stupid mistake of damaging the unit and emailed the manufacturer in Australia for a possible repair. They responded within hours and sent me a new replacement unit instead, which arrived within a few days. I finished the install (correctly this time) and ran it. Instead of connecting separate devices to it, I connected the motorhome's network cable to it with an adapter. After switching off the motorhome's inverter/charger (you can't charge the battery with your own battery after all) the inverter started everything except the air conditioning without a problem and all domestic sockets could be used as usual, as they were connected to the land grid at the campsite. Even the microwave and induction cooker (not at the same time). And the remote control is a great idea: the inverter is installed under the floor to be closer to the batteries, but I installed the remote control next to the door so I don't have to do any exercises to turn it on. etc. It's hard to imagine better support and service: these guys really went above and beyond to get me working. I have sold this manufacturer and their inverter and would buy them again.
