One word, MARLIT. Yes, it actually stuck to my 1950's Marlite panels in my bathroom - WITHOUT having to sand them. For those of you who don't know what Marlite is, it's a fiberglass wallboard that installers attach directly to drywall in older homes. I originally painted it with two coats of primer in one and it scraped off with my fingernail even after weeks of curing. It wasn't difficult to undress either. Soap and water is applied with a sponge and it flakes off like a bad sunburn. But THAT primer, Kilz Adhesion, held and within an hour I couldn't even scrape it off with a metal scraper! Magic happened and I'm so glad I don't have to tear down walls to remove the Marlite! Thanks kilts!
