Feel Like Panty Pants
For me they were too skinny, too tight (women's shoe size US 8 1/2) and they WILL NOT stay on your feet when you wear sneakers. They are under the heel of your shoe in just a few simple steps. I'm assuming they're cotton as I wasn't keen on wearing them inside out. The thread used for sewing itched at the top of the sock. If they weren't so tight, they could be used as a lightweight sock for around the house.
