Of course it's garbage.
Well I would guess that many portable air conditioners are complete junk. There is a "spray" setting that gives you slightly cool air when you fill the bin with ice. However, enabling this setting will cause the entire device to turn off every ten seconds or less. So unless you want to sit around all night pressing a button, it's utterly useless. I charged it for several hours but to no avail. What a disappointment. Will return.
