Don't waste your time if you want a good mouse. There is software for this mouse. There are no software download instructions for this mouse. Your website is not user friendly. And this mouse doesn't even have software for it, this product is a flat lie. If you search for that mouse on their website for the software, it shows the mouse, but it's not that mouse; she looks very different. The mouse feels light but has strong resistance. You can't program the buttons because yes, the software doesn't exist. Their customer support is just a scam, it doesn't exist either. I emailed their support team twice (because that's the only way to contact them. They don't have a number or live help) and gave them a few days to respond. No automatic or human response. The included plastic storage box is difficult to open/close. If you want a good mouse, look elsewhere.
