No response from seller: Cases, holsters and sleeves

We ordered two sets. We didn't really use fanny packs. I had one with some items in another bag and it seems fine. Four phone cases were used a few days after receipt but broke within a few days of use. The black tops have fallen apart so they are no longer attached to the plastic case, obviously they are no longer waterproof. I sent the seller a review and asked for permission. I have given enough time for an answer. I'll look for a replacement from another seller.
