Too bad I didn't read the reviews! :(
I bought this (HL-OH-F99SD4P-CH-AM) as an OEM replacement for my 2000 F500. The fit is sloppy with gaps on the sides and as stated by other (wish I read) the headlight bulb tab is 180 degrees which means the high beams point down instead of up and out. If it wasn't for the PITA I would take it off and return it.
