Review on 🚡 Ultimate Upgrade: JGbike Shimano MT200 MTB Hydraulic Disc Brake Set - Enhance Your Mountain Bike's Performance! by Chad Michels

Great suggestion, very efficient and smooth. The 2nd bracket is missing, note the length.

I just installed these on my old Buzz Novara, replacing Avid BDBB mechanics that were too old and worn to encourage me to take the time to get more life out of them. Now, my brakes didn't work optimally from the start, but I tried them, holy moth! Engagement is smooth with a slight pull on the handle, and rear-wheel-drive-only braking performance is impressive. I live in New Orleans so most of the time I ride NOLA roads with NOLA drivers and everything goes very smoothly. So it's a bit of an exaggeration, but I think there will be more than enough of that in San Francisco or the Appalachians. This is my first time installing disc brakes and given the technology, it couldn't be easier. IMPORTANT I ordered US size 2 <Need to check and update, 1650 in the back I think> and both front and back were too long and more in the back. At some point I have to shorten them. Which also brings me something that isn't included: hose shortening parts, olives and other things that I don't know that well yet. More importantly, only one bracket is included in addition to what I believe to be a 180mm rotor spacer. . There are no rotors either. I ordered new rotors and used my old front caliper bracket, but you should definitely buy another bracket if you don't have one. The kit only includes a mounting bracket and a 180mm spacer. There are no parts to shorten the hoses and be careful with the length. I thought I measured correctly, but my hoses were still too long (not by a ton, but I'll want to trim them down someday). Otherwise for the money I can. You won't believe how effective they are. I thought hydraulics and even new calipers were out of budget, but other than a small coin, they seem like a modest investment.
