I have an 8 year old that I just can't keep up with. Kids grow up so damn fast! I usually take it up a size so he can use it before we have to give it away. They fit just below the knee (he's the same size as me). I think they fit like they should. They are a size larger than what he currently has, but the elastic keeps them in place. They did not shrink when washed and dried. He loves her!
