After the plug on my original RV water heater needed replacing, I thought a CAMCO product would be a great fit. Did about 9 months. I connected to the water supply (at atmospheric pressure) at the campsite and noticed water dripping from the water heater lid. I open the door and tiny drops of water come out of the head of my CAMCO cork. I saved my old cork and compared it to a CAMCO cork that was MUCH THINNER than the original. This part is cheap compared to most van parts so don't skimp on buying a cheap replacement that you will eventually regret.
