Cute but insecure

I got a new Fitbit for my birthday last week, but I hate the original strap because it sometimes makes me uncomfortable during the day at work (I type on my laptop a lot). This one looked like it would fit well and would help alleviate my situation. The delivery was fast, I received the next day and the packaging was good. This is where my concerns begin. The strap came in a small box and when the box was opened there were no instructions on how to set it up (which wasn't the end of the world, I found that out easily) and along with the strap was a tiny screwdriver. . Attaching the strap to the Fitbit base was easy, but I had trouble adjusting the size. At first it wasn't clear what to do, but then, with the help of a tiny screwdriver, I was able to pry up the part holding the tape in place. I adjusted the strap and then attempted to reattach it to secure it, but it took me a lot of effort (I had to work really hard to fasten it, causing cramps in my hand). I was finally able to close it and clip it to my wrist. I was able to wear it all day without too much trouble, so I figured my problem was related to my wrist pain. When I put it to bed, it broke off in the middle of the night and ended up somewhere in the bed. I tried to put it on today but it fell off many times because the clasp wasn't secure. Luckily I was at home when it fell, but I'd be disappointed if it happened outside and something happened to the Fitbit.tldr base; The clasp is not secure and the watch falls off easily and is difficult to adjust due to the pressure required to close the clasp again
