Everyone keeps telling me I never use a changing table, I never need one. I'll just change her wherever she is. That may be true, who knows, this is my first child and I wanted to make sure I had every reason to. I didn't just want a regular changing table. When spending money, I wanted to make sure I got something that would grow with the child and still be useful. I love that there is a changing table here, but the main attraction was the toy box downstairs. When she is old enough to no longer need a changing table, it can still be placed in her room as a shelf and storage for her toys. win win This required two people. The parts are heavier, but it wasn't difficult to put them together. It's durable and I know it will last. There is a small cut-out for cables on the middle shelf on the back. Exactly what I was hoping for. If you are looking for a changing table and you want something that you will use for a while, I recommend this table.
