I can't stand wearing strapless bras, so, when I learned I would need one for a bridesmaid dress, I went on the hunt for some sew-in cups.These are thick and sculpted, so they definitely have the shape and support to wear without worrying about wearing a bra, too.I was super excited about these because I thought I had finally found a way to ditch the bra!Unfortunately, my seamstress didn't see the dress as fitted as it should have been, so I had to wear a bra regardless. -_-Would definitely recommend them if your seamstress can sew them in properly
