You simply measure your bleed blades, which can be painful, cut them to length, I would recommend a razor blade (since scissors bend things) and then slide them over the blade. The part that bothered me was the binding to the blade, which in my case required me to marry one end of the material and then immediately try to reattach it before it closed. Because it is designed to fit snugly around the blade, it has the appearance of a clam shell. It takes a bit of patience and it will definitely not impress anyone, but in my opinion it's definitely worth the few bucks spent on it. If this is your 'guy or thing' I would recommend it.
