Review on COVOART Aquarium Underwater Submersible Crystal by Melonie

I have bought so many LED submersible lights like MingDak, NiCrew, iKefe but none of them compare to Covoart LED. Therefore - The white color of Covoart enhances the red color of the fish. It makes the color come alive! African cichlids and blood red parrots will look amazing as marine fish! Please watch my video for my proof. Second, the brightness is much better than MingDak and NiCrew. Compare the LED wattage with the same size, this Covoart 15" is around 7W. The other is around 5W. Third, it has a built-in timer. You can set it to 4 hours, 8 hours or 12 hours a day all preset colors. This turns on automatically with a graduated brightness that controls sunrise and sunset. I love this feature. You don't need to buy an additional timer for your planted aquarium. Fourth, the rubber suction tube is well made and much better than others strips. Because I bought many LED lights to compare, I broke (torn) one on MingDak. It's very weak and thin. Too bad CovoArt didn't make any longer than 15". Otherwise I would buy a 19-22 inch to fit under my 55 gallon potfin tank. I installed 4 of the 15" LEDs under the hood. This makes the tank significantly brighter. However, it's still not as bright as the factory LED that is under the hood. The upside of not being as bright as the factory ones too is that I can set the CovoArt preset to less than 12 hours and not have to worry too much about algal blooms. I don't get paid for writing this review. I just love what I just ordered and hope you will benefit from it too.
