The angel hair clip is awesome, I love using it on homemade ramen noodles! I wish Papperdel had made the pasta thinner, it's too thick in my opinion. This set is worth it for the angel hair attachment alone!

Angel Hair extruder disc is perfect for making Japanese ramen or Chinese noodles Philips extruder disc sizes from the smallest to the largest: 1. Angel hair, 2. Spaghetti (included included), 3. Japanese Ramen, 4. Japanese Udon. I don't know where the "Thick Spaghetti" CD went.

Works exactly as expected. Like the car. The only downside, and not worth hitting the star for, is that brushing the angel's hair disc is annoying. Best advice: let it sit and cure for a bit before brushing. I make this right after lunch and the leftover dough pops out right away, although you have to insert the included tool into each set of holes.

Pappardelle is my second favorite pasta. That's why I bought this set. I don't really like angel hair. As others have said, pappardelle is way too thick. I also think it's not wide enough. But that doesn't make her a bad noodle when she gets out of the car. It still works great as pappardelle and goes great with Bolognese.

This device will be the focal point of a house full of gadgets and appliances. I'm still impressed with the power, speed and smoothness of the machine. I bought all the extra drives. So far I have not noticed that it is a Saeco machine. The best espresso machine. (What I have). So I shouldn't have been surprised. All of these discs produce extrusions that are exactly as pictured. Bonus.

I LOVE LOVE Philips pasta cookers! Manufacturers, boil water - by the time the water boils, fresh pasta will be ready. I will never buy packaged pasta again. It would be great if you could get Asian noodle toppers that are only sold in Asia! I know there would be many buyers! I bought expensive Kitchen Aid parts and hardly used them - too complicated and too long

Delighted with Philips 2 Discs Angel Hair Pasta & Pappardelle Pasta for my older Philips pasta maker: HR2357.! I use Durham's Special Fancy Semolina Flour from Italy and made a double batch of Angel Egg Hair Paste. Worked great!
