I bought these for use under a freestanding heavy bag. Unfortunately, whilst moving around, some of the tiles would disconnect (which is difficult to put back together with boxing gloves on!).These would be great underneath gym equipment, or for mild exercising like Yoga.but I wouldn't recommend them if you're going to be moving around with any type of 'gusto'. The zip ties arrived well packaged and were easy to use. They aren't as durable as some others but they're also not pretending to be something that they aren't. Only actual complaint, and the reason for the downgraded stars, is how far back the teeth start on the 4" ties. Because they start so far from the end I wasn't able to use them for half of my project like I expected and had to purchase other ties. My York furnace stopped firing (right as the weather is getting colder of course), and I diagnosed it was the Igniter that had failed. I went to a few stores by me, big box and local, but they were all quoting a 5 day shipping time as nothing was in-stock.
