My primary complaint is that my mats appear to be used. There was dirt, worn tiles, and what look to be like burn marks. These mats are place specific. If you don’t place them properly, there will be overhanging borders and it takes a while to find where it needs to go. Finally, the black tiles feel more dense than the silver tiles. It gives the floor an uneven feeling, especially when you alternate the colors.

Liked it so much that I bought it again. Love the checkerboard styling, and it’s exactly what I want for my home gym. I’ve already done some light deadlifting, and I feel like it will be just fine. I bought these for use under a freestanding heavy bag. Unfortunately, whilst moving around, some of the tiles would disconnect (which is difficult to put back together with boxing gloves on!).These would be great underneath gym equipment, or for mild exercising like Yoga.but I wouldn't recommend them if you're going to be moving around with any type of 'gusto'. I decided to put these underneath my home gym equipment and ordered some 1" thick tiles for my heavy bag work.

I bought these to use on my garage floor when I do an interval training class online. They go together easily and are a good cushion for floor exercises. The biggest problem with these is they slip around when trying to do a floor exercise like mountain climbers or burpees. If there was some way that these could adhere to the floor, they'd be perfect. They are advertised as nonslip which is not true.

Get what you pay for. Not very thick. But they do the job. Would suggest using duct tape on the underside of the connections and edges.

I use these mats in my living room for working out and stretching. I also have a 1 year old who’s prone to slipping and falling on our tile but the padding saves him from landing hard. They’re easy to clean and a nice design as well!

Product was well packaged and the thickness of the material was adequate enough to lessen the impact of jumping, etc.on the floor which lessens the noise.

These mats seem to get the job done if you need something in place temporarily or cannot afford higher quality. Surprisingly durable for how cheap they are. But they do feel cheap and constantly shift around. They do not stay locked so if you move around or move equipment around on them, they come apart easily or will buckle like a rug. I love the matts. You get 12 Matts per pack. I use them to hold my heavy bag. When my friends come over we can spar a bit on the Matts when we remove the bag. Looking to buy more so I have more room for sparring. I’ve had these for about 2 weeks. They’ve held up and are easy to clean too

My husband set these up in our home gym. There were simple to put together. We love the color pattern. And they are holding up great so far under our treadmill. I was afraid it would not cushion enough but it does.

Over its good I like it. It goes with the weight set. It lifts a little only because I have carpent after placing the weights on it flatten out a little. Overall good buy on amazon.
