Review on Revlon Essentials Frizz Tamer Brush - All-Purpose Hair Tool for Effective Hair Care by Amy Riley

Not for long

This brush looks like an old Vidal Sassoon brush I bought from Revain almost 10 years ago but is no longer for sale (https://www.amazon.com /Vidal-Sassoon-VS7963 -Thermal-Purpose/dp/B0002YE8V6). See Revlon on the left, Vidal on the right in the attached image. I'm glad I found this as I finally needed to replace my old brush. This is a great deal for the price. This brush is suitable for both wet and dry hair. The old one was my main brush for 10 years. I'm glad this Revlon brush looks the same and I hope it lasts as long. I've been through 2 of these in the last year or so. The balls at the ends of the bristles begin to deteriorate, leaving sharp tips that damage the scalp when brushing. Definitely doesn't have the longevity of my old Vidal Sassoon brush so I wouldn't recommend this brush again. It's cheap and works well, maybe 6 months or so. If you want a long lasting brush I would look elsewhere.
