I like dumbbell curls or pull-ups. However, my palms are weak and can't handle too much pressure (I missed palm day lol). I'm so glad I found these soft gloves on Amazon! It not only protects my palms from pressure but also gives me a much better grip! I recommend you buy this for any purpose that requires protecting your palms during use! I'm a 12 year old seventh grader and have slightly large hands so I ordered the large. It fits me perfectly, I recommend buying the larger sizes if you think you have bigger hands than me. I'll update this post after measuring my palms!
