33% waterproof. for lamps and lighting accessories

*** Update 3/2018 *** The seller received my message that a lamp is not waterproof and immediately sent me a replacement free of charge. Let's see how long the new light stays dry. Great seller and I'm glad they stuck with their headlights. *** Update 2/2018 *** Downgraded to 3 stars because I cannot give 2.5 stars and have therefore rounded up. A month after installation, water got into one of the fittings. My Rover sat in a downpour all night. When I got to the car the next morning, I noticed that there was water in the headlight in the photo. The light still works, but its lifespan is significantly reduced by water. I have contacted the seller to find a solution and will post an update when the situation is resolved. So far, only one of the stationary lights is waterproof against normal rain. If they don't give a warranty, I'll take the lantern off, open it up, put a few bags of desiccant in it until it's dry, then reassemble it with a fair amount of sealant to make seals. First review: I installed them on the tailgate of my 2004 Land Rover Discovery as work lights that can be used as extra backup lights. I 3D printed some mounting brackets I found on Thingiverse and used the switch on the D1 dashboard to control the relay that powers them. They are amazingly bright. Installation can be tricky without removing the headliner (I didn't have one at the time). Let's see how long they last at the back door of my disco. Since they're rear-facing and sticking out slightly above the roofline, I'm afraid they won't withstand a heavy downpour on the Autobahn. They have to be waterproof, so we'll see.
