I bought this product to keep fit during exercise especially when lifting weights 🏋️‍♀️ I've only used it twice and I'm already a HUGE fan of this product. The aches/pains in the neck and between the shoulder blades that I usually experience after lifting weights do NOT appear after either workout. For me it's amazing. Additionally, the comfort aspect of this product is off the charts. This brand has pads that really prevent irritation from underarm chafing. This brand is also the only one to offer an extra extension cord. This is such a bonus and brilliant for people like me who want to lose weight. Very comfortable fit now with the extension - looking forward to the day I lose enough weight to remove the extension. All kinds of flexibility with this product. Note. I tried three other brands and was disappointed before purchasing this one. The search is over!😀👍
