Review on Intoval Metal Bands: Stylish Stainless Steel ๐ŸŒน Replacement for Fitbit Inspire 2/HR/Inspire - Rose Gold (Small) by Cindy Tapia

Better than silicone but too sticky for my purposes

This strap is a big step in the right direction over the standard FitBit strap that came with my Inspire 2. My skin doesn't get red welts/blisters underneath like the FitBit silicone band does. This band doesn't slip off my hand like the FitBit silicone band (which is particularly problematic with the Inspire 2, as it can activate the side touch button and accidentally change settings). Looks like a regular watch strap, not advertising that I wear a fitness tracker. His style is compatible with more formal/professional attire and it's not a thick, black, rubberized eyesore. This gave me hope that my new Fitbit would prove to be the right device for me. But this is not the bracelet that suits me. It sticks to 99% of the clothes I wear as well as other fabrics. Loose knit sweaters, soft cotton jerseys, synthetic fabrics, thin layers of merino wool, sports tops with a high Lycra content, seamed sleeves with overlocks - all of these stand in the way. If after washing hands the wrist is too close to the towel - huge snags. Even at night when I slept, I was awakened by this group clinging to pillowcases and sheets. Even more disappointing is the damage done to clothing and bedding in just a few days. I started wearing a sleeve rolled up to the elbow just to keep this group from ruining my clothes, which I can get away with in Zoom life but won't be sustainable when I get back to the office. To his credit, he doesn't seem to cling to heavy sweatshirt cuffs or polar fleece sleeves. But I spend most of my life in clothes that are prone to hook problems, so I'm still looking for a band that works.
