Review on Personalize Seersucker Backpack Toddler Bookbag Backpacks by Mindy Hicks

Hello! We gave this backpack to our granddaughter for Christmas and the strap has started to loosen at the top and is rapidly deteriorating. It won't stand up to heavy use because it's not in a preschool. Apparently it is a manufacturing defect but impossible to contact for rectification. We also paid to have it monogrammed which is frustrating as the bag falls apart within 2 weeks. As I said, this may be an accident, but there is no way to understand it.
