Review on People Analytics by David Encarnacion

The capability of People Analytics to give a 360 degree view of the employee life cycle, and the potential of the platform to add value to my organisation. People Analytics makes it easy to get the insights and answers we need from our people data, without having to build our own systems from scratch. While the platform offers a lot of features, we haven't found a way to use some of the more advanced features of the platform. People Analytics is providing us with a powerful tool for analysing our data, which in turn is helping us to make better decisions. We are able to see the whole picture of our employees and their performance, and the potential for improvement.
