This is my second attempt at a posture corrector. At 76, my body wants to burn out. I don't want that to happen. The last one was close to a full suit! It went around my arms, down my back and then to my waist. As I have a short waist, I unfortunately had to sew it in several places to make it fit. When that happened, the armpits were very uncomfortable, so I eventually stopped wearing it. This is a major improvement. It stays on the torso and is very easy to adjust with the straps. All you have to do is pull the tabs out of the way until they're snug. The manufacturer, obviously aware of the problem of armpit discomfort, has added two pads that you can add to the straps to make the straps more comfortable. They work. My only issue is that I've found that everything reverses during the day. I find myself pulling it forward from time to time. It's a small price to pay for the benefit I get from wearing it. I suggest you try this posture corrector before moving on to one of those that come down to your waist. You'll save yourself the hassle of tweaking and customizing before reaping the benefits.
