I really wanted to like these earrings. But I can not. The problem with them is the magnets. My earlobes are thick and I have to use some magnets behind my ear to keep them in place. Because the magnets aren't marked with polarity, it's very easy to put them backwards on your ear, and the earring itself will fall out of your hand and disappear somewhere. The smallest of the three sizes doesn't stay on my ears when I stack three magnets on each side of each ear, which looks awful. And those are the three largest magnets, because the smallest ones don't have a strong enough magnetic field to even penetrate my earlobes. The magnets "attached" to the side of the earring also don't hold very firmly. I had two of these when trying to separate the magnets which made these earrings difficult to wear. And finally, I lost one a few minutes ago while fixing my hair (!). The magnets on the back of the ear stayed in place, but the earring itself disappeared, probably somewhere in my couch. Now I can't even get them back because one is missing. I think I'll just throw the rest away - there's no point in washing them if I have to spend all the time checking to see if they're still there.
