It's pretty cold here in the middle of winter and my kid doesn't like wearing pajamas or long johns under pants because the cuffs tend to stand up and irritate him terribly . He asked if there were really long socks, at least knee-length, preferably black. (In the winter he prefers all black to keep out the sun's heat and mostly white/yellow in the summer.) I saw these long black socks and bought them. My child is now happy with the extra layer on his legs. Oh yeah, he says they're easier to put on than he'd expect from socks that long and they don't wrinkle or wobble or anything. He is 12 years old, average height/weight for a 12 year old boy.
