Zippered Cushion Cover is for you! I purchased the Snuggle=Pedic Bamboo Memory Foam Pillow in October 2016. Very good pillow. My only issue was that I felt like there wasn't enough memory foam for my comfort, so I contacted Relief-Mart and to my surprise, they paid for the shipping and return of my pillow by enclosing an adjustment form that the amount of memory controls foam in percent format. Well here's the kicker, they did it for me three times. And then I did it wiser a third time and bought a removable zippered pillowcase for my pillow and had them stuffed because now I can add or remove foam depending on my comfort level. And one customer service representative in particular was very helpful and patient to make me a satisfied customer, her name is Stephanie. You are the best! And my sleep got better!
