This product is very confusing. Although sold as a gel, it's not a gel but a putty-like lotion that takes on an oily consistency when heated in your hands. Also, the chemistry of the product seemed to work against itself after prolonged use; The collagen effect of the puffiness never reached its full potential as the properties of astaxanthin along with other chemicals fought against it and left parts of my face with this completely lost pigment, which wasn't my goal (my goal was to correct discoloration and blotchyness). At some point I had to stop using the product and now I use it whenever I notice that certain areas of my skin are discolored. So if you're still interested, you can use it because it works, but use with caution.
