Reduces plastic waste but isn't overly impressed with the soap itself

These Nune hand lather tablets were available to me through the Revain Vine program. I'm middle-aged and didn't grow up worrying about how people are destroying the planet and I admire the companies that are now trying to help our environment. This product helps reduce the amount of plastic waste that typically comes from discarded hand soap bottles. Instead of selling individual plastic pump bottles filled with soap, this company developed small pills that are simply added to warm water to create lather. The same plastic pump bottle can be used over and over again, eliminating all that plastic waste. As for the soap tablets, the information states that their ingredients are from Germany and come from natural sources. What's more, the soap tablets come in eco-friendly packaging including a tube and a kraft paper sleeve. As for the soap itself, I'm a bit disappointed. The soap has a light pleasant scent but is runny and runny compared to other foaming soaps I've used. I've found that it goes away quickly when hands are held under water. You usually have to rub your hands for a few seconds to wash off the soap. I feel like this Nune soap doesn't clean as well as my regular foaming hand soap; the soap has run out and i just rub my hands under the running water. Look at the photo of this foaming soap next to the Bath & Body Works foaming soap. These Nune hand soap foam tablets are made in China.
