Received as a Christmas present from our children. My tech-savvy son set everything up for us when we opened it. Very fun and easy to upload photos. I went through boxes of old photos, took a picture of it with my iPhone and framed it. So my wife decided we needed to buy one for her mum (who has 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren) when it arrived I set about putting it up. NOT as easy as I thought. It's made in China, so the instructions have a complicated translation?! But with the help of our son, we built it anyway. The biggest challenge was getting my wife's sister, her children and our children to to work with the app. So I dug up the old iPhone, downloaded the app and took screenshots with a written description of what they would see and what they would have to do at each step.
