Bought because my HP Probook doesn't support a docking station - self installed from file in replicator - worked for two weeks on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit then stopped working - had to load the latest probook bios driver and no problems since - i run monitor, keyboard, mouse, external speakers and ethernet through the replicator - works fine but i like my old dock better but not as much trouble power and USB plug and unplug from laptop rather than laptop so can be used on future laptop purchases
