Very easy to use and definitely works! I'm assuming it's some sort of hydrogen peroxide gel that works due to the sticker keeping the high concentration in place long enough to actually get results. I am very happy with my results. My only complaint is that it can be quite expensive. Enough that I hesitated to buy them for many years. I think this particular set of 2 bonus 1 hour strip sets is a pretty good deal, but I haven't tried the more intense sets because they are even more expensive. This set gives such good results that I might finally try switching to them! I was told to keep two sets of 1 hour strips for service 6 and 9 months in the future and then buy a new set a year later to repeat. It made a lot of sense to me, so I'm trying to do it. Other than that, the results I got were without the last 2 treatments! You may be able to get even better results than me if you do them consistently.
