Was open before I got it
I've never used anything like this so didn't know what to expect. The instructions say to remove the foil lid and leave the bottom white lid in place. When I got mine the foil lid was gone. It has already been removed and the package has been wrapped in cling film. The crystals inside were chunky and stuck together. So the packaging was already exposed to moisture.
