This rollerball is the perfect size for your shoulder blades. It works great on the pressure point, which relieves tension headaches in the neck. Place it on any wall and press your back against it to aim for that spot and this thing works great. The size is similar to a tennis ball but slightly smaller so you can really get into those pressure points to break knots and release pressure. I use this thing almost every day for tension headaches and shoulder pain from a dislocation I sustained in a car accident. Even better, if you travel a lot and don't have room for a foam roller or electric massage gun, its compact size means you can take it anywhere. I paid 20€ for mine and I think it's worth every penny.
