. I bought these glasses to replace the similar Bodum glass based on the good reviews of the glasses and the company's willingness to endorse their products. I replaced the bodooms as they were quite brittle and the pair was broken. Judging by the reviews, they seemed more durable, and the company came up with the idea of "supporting our products." Unfortunately, it was an epic failure for both the product and the company. The jars looked and worked well, but they quickly filled the double-walled chamber with nasty dirty water. I used the dishwasher (quote from their product description - microwave and dishwasher safe). While they're still technically functional, they're completely useless unless you like seeing milky rinse water in your glass. I have reported the situation to the company (Kitchables) via email describing the problem. I was expecting some sort of response (again, quoting from their product description - we're absolutely positive you'll love this set, but if for any reason you're not 100% happy with your mugs, we'll support you! Write to us and let us know and your money back with our lifetime guarantee, it's that simple!). I've waited a full month to give them the benefit of the doubt that they're in short supply in these times of COVID-19, but I've had no response. To add insults, the returns window is now closed; I'm throwing away those nasty glasses after sitting on my counter for the past month. I strongly advise against wearing these glasses. Due to the lack of response, I would also avoid Kitchables as a company with non-existent customer support. PS - I don't usually leave negative reviews like this, especially on glasses over $20, but this company has intentionally presented itself as very customer centric. -centric. It's just not true.
