They do it all; they handle everything for our business, so we don't have to worry about anything! This is an excellent relationship because we are treated as customers at their facility too (like many of our clients) and they've always exceeded any promises they made or expectations. I would say that most likely the reason why we like them so much, is there easy access to anything you need and they'll fix it without question. It makes your life easier when things go down sometimes! Sometimes not having all devices up-to-date can make it difficult during busy months/times, but their team helps quickly with this. The software has been flawless in every area over a couple years now - great UI's, features well beyond what other providers sell, very helpful customer service during times of issues. Best solution out there. Not only does it look amazing Easy setup, very friendly support team available 24/7 for help even in holidays! The best part is how easy it was getting customers onboard with our platform - just by showing them some samples of products they could buy online we managed get their first orders already during testing phase.- Pricing structure- Integration options (Payment gateways)- Website design that looks professional without being overbearing or too complicated.
