This product is annoying at first because most of the time even the buttons don't work. You need to press any key about 5 times for the At function to only work once. And today the battery in the remote was dead so I figured I shouldn't carry it around. So I put the remote control on the tabletop. After a few seconds, my poor boy runs up to me, sits on his feet, looks at me and cries. I had no idea what was going on until I realized the collar was stuck in the SHOCK function and was constantly electrocuting my dog so I had to rush to take it off and I electrocuted myself in the process too added. My dog is such a good boy we NEVER use the shock feature so I don't even know how she activated it. This collar will never touch my dog again.
