Review on Black Under-Desk Headphone Stand: Brainwavz UltraT Large Holder For Gaming, Music, And Mobile Headsets - Cable Hook Included, No Screws Required by Jesse Azuse

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great size, great adhesion, rough material. Can be better.

I like this product where I can stow away big headset and small ear buds (there is a small hook) to roll up your Bluetooth earphones. In these days where we spend our days on Zoom and video conference call, the need to keep headphones becomes a necessity rather than a chores. The hook itself is steady and large for 2 headsets and 2 earplugs. However, the design is not well thought out, such as the edge is to edgey. It's a straight 90 degree edge. A smooth and rounder edge would have been nicer. The surface and material of the product feels and looks like coming out of 3D printer rather than a plastic molding, which is typical way to produce this type of plastic based product (i.e. Anker electric charging using plastic (ABS/PVC) product use molding method to create the shell. In this product, you can feel and see the lines, ridges and rivers, and feels like a product coming out of 3D print. The adhesion part looks like an after thought, not part of the design. In shows when you adhere this under the table, there is a small gap size of a dimes between the table and the hook.Overall, it's a good product and have a lot of room of improvement and refining. Would I recommend it, yes. But don't expect Apple like quality design.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • For those who frequently switch between different headsets, the stand may be too limiting in terms of compatibility with various sizes and shapes
